My experience spans Massmart, Builders, Makro, Samsung, Microsoft and bidorbuy, where I have worked across digital trading, site merchandising, customer experience, product ownership, marketplace growth and commercial transformation.

 

I am particularly interested in how retailers can use data, technology, content, fulfilment and customer experience to build scalable digital businesses.
